SERVICE POLICIES

Placing an Order
We require at least 3 business days’ notice to place your order.
For any changes to your confirmed order, we need at least 48 hours notice.
Cancellations require one week's notice, otherwise a cancellation fee may apply.

Service Fee
We charge $2.49 per person on all orders to cover the cost of our packaging, which includes the platters, foils, containers, serving utensils, etc.
However, we do provide disposable plates, cutlery, and napkins free of charge.

Rentals
We are able to provide all the rentals you may require, please just inquire with us and we will quote whatever you need.

Servers
We are able to provide servers for $40/hour per server for a minimum 4 hours charge, plus 15% gratuity and a travel fee (depending on location).

Office Hours
Although our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-4pm, we are available to cater any day of the week including outside of these hours.
For inquiries, if you email or call us after 4pm, we will reply first thing the next morning. If it is the weekend or Friday evening, please give us until Monday to get back to you.
